1. Download the ZIP
Download rhr-woocommerce-incomplete-order-tracker-v2.1.0.zip from this page.
2. Upload & activate
Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, install and activate.
3. Open Incomplete Orders
A new Incomplete Orders menu appears in WordPress with every abandoned checkout.

Is RHR WooCommerce Incomplete Order Tracker free?
Yes. This version of the plugin is completely free for WooCommerce stores.
What does the plugin track?
It saves checkout information such as customer name, phone, email, address and cart or product details for checkout sessions that were not completed.
Can I contact the incomplete customer?
Yes. When a phone number is available, the dashboard shows a click-to-call button so you can contact the customer quickly.
Can I convert an incomplete lead into an order?
Yes. The Convert action creates a completed WooCommerce order from the saved incomplete checkout information.
Does a real purchase stay in the incomplete list?
No. When a real WooCommerce order is completed, the matching incomplete checkout record is removed automatically.
Is this the same as an abandoned cart plugin?
It focuses on abandoned checkouts: shoppers who already entered their details. That makes the leads warmer and easier to recover by phone, WhatsApp or email.
