The terms that apply when you use this website or hire me for digital marketing, tracking and analytics services.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rubelhasanrokib.com and any services provided by Rubel Hasan Rokib (“I” or “me”), including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, ChatGPT Ads, conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking. By contacting me, paying for a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services and Scope

The scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are agreed with you in writing, by email or WhatsApp, before work starts. Anything outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. See my Meta Ads, Google Ads and conversion tracking service pages for typical inclusions.

Fees and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless agreed otherwise.
One-time services are paid before or at the start of work, unless agreed differently.
Monthly management fees are billed in advance for each month.
Advertising spend is separate, paid directly by you to the ad platform, and is never included in my fees.
Late or missed payments may pause work until settled.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, accurate information and the approvals needed to complete the work. You are responsible for your products, offers, website content, ad creatives you supply, and compliance with the policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, OpenAI and other platforms, and with local advertising and consumer laws.

No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing depends on many factors outside my control, including platform changes, competition, budget, product, pricing and your website. I work to improve performance and accuracy, but I do not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, return on ad spend or platform approvals.

Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of your brand, website, accounts and data. Deliverables that I create for you, such as reports, tracking configurations and documentation, are licensed to you for your business use once payment is complete. I may keep general know-how and reusable methods.

Confidentiality

I treat your business information, account access and data as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services. With your permission, I may reference non-confidential results in my portfolio.

Third-Party Platforms and Tools

My services rely on third-party platforms and tools whose rules, features and pricing can change without notice. I am not responsible for account restrictions, disapproved ads or downtime caused by those platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profit or revenue. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in the three months before the claim.

Cancellation, Refunds and Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Refunds and cancellations are handled under my Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Website Use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, copy content for resale or interfere with its operation. Content on this site is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and, if unresolved, handled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
