🤖 AI business analyst
AI off

AI reads each business (Google profile, website, social bio, tracking audit), decides if it is a good prospect, and writes the core-business key points, pain points, pitch, subject line and a spam-safe cold email.

📊 Google Sheet connection

One-time setup. Then the “Google Sheet” button sends leads straight into your sheet — duplicates are skipped automatically. The script contains your private token, so only this extension can write to your sheet.

Setup steps
  1. Create a new Google Sheet.
  2. Open Extensions → Apps Script.
  3. Delete the sample code, paste the code below and click Save.
  4. Click Deploy → New deployment, choose type Web app.
  5. Execute as: Me · Who has access: Anyone → Deploy → authorise.
  6. Copy the Web app URL, paste it above and click Save.
  7. Updating the code later? Deploy → Manage deployments → ✏️ Edit → Version: New version → Deploy (the URL stays the same).

🧠 How contacts are found & validated
  • Sources — website pages, hidden page source (JSON, scripts, encoded/Cloudflare emails), contact/privacy/imprint pages, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Most-used wins — the same email or number found on several sources is ranked first; “Found On” shows where
  • Email match — shows whether the chosen email is the same one used on the website, Google profile and social pages
  • Google Ads — “Sponsored” on Maps, Google Ads Transparency Center (last ad date) and the AW- Ads tag on the site / inside GTM
  • WhatsApp — real wa.me / chat-widget links are marked “✓ WhatsApp link”; otherwise the most-used mobile number is marked “likely WA”
  • Format check — broken, demo, image-name and code strings removed
  • Typo domains (gmial.com) and disposable inboxes removed
  • DNS / MX lookup — the domain must actually accept email
  • Domain trust — emails on the business’s own domain score highest
  • Score 75+ = Valid · 50–74 = Risky · below 50 is dropped

Browsers cannot open an SMTP connection, so “Valid” means the format and mail domain are confirmed. Bounce rates stay low, but no tool can promise 100% without a mailbox ping.

🕷 What the crawler collects
  • Business summary, About text, services list, highlights (24/7, free pickup, warranty…)
  • Founded year, contact person, service area, price range, languages
  • Emails, extra phone numbers, WhatsApp, social profiles
  • Website health: platform, Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, mobile-friendly, HTTPS, contact form, live chat, booking
  • Core-business key points, pitch angle, personalised first line, subject and (with AI) a full email draft
